The service is overall poorly all the time and also this time the receptionist decided to send me for a dentist appointment (10 days later, of course) and guess what? The doctor couldnt help me because they are not trained on dental care. Thank you Hurley Clinic for waist a working day.

I cannot recommend this surgery. Really appalling service, I phoned up with an urgent medical problem. I was told, sorry, there are no GP appointments. I then asked to speak to Duty doctor on the telephone but was told sorry we dont have a duty doctor today. They advised me to go to A&E ! Just rubbish
I would give them less but therefore couldnt. However, the surgery is very sad when dealing with over the phone emergencies my advice is to go to your nearest A&E, especially if you feel anything that feels life threatening, if your not a child under 5 or an elderly person they will not take you seriously!!!! Phoned for emergency and was told to wait to go physiotherapy for upperback, lower back and....blurry vision with headaches lazy arse doctors and G.Ps no MRI or blood test or scan offered you have to request for things yourself.
