Awful place, extremely poor and unprofessional service. They were asked to repot a plant, which is part of the service they offer. I handed it over and then spent a month chasing them up trying to find out when it would be ready to collect. I was given a lot of very bizarre excuses, the lady has taken it home with her and gone on holiday ... we cant find a pot .... we didnt have your number .... until finally we killed the plant after two days ... sorry. Dreadful place.

WOW! I wanted to send my partner some flowers today so googled florist in the SE1 area and read the very good reviews for Phlox Florist so decided to use them, I spoke to Lucy who arranged the delivery and was very helpful. My partner called me after receiving the flowers to say they are the best bunch of flowers she has ever received!!! So thank you so much for your fantastic customer service and flowers!
