I don't give stores a negative review as i know such ratings can have a big impact on their business but my hand was forced on this occasionThe African gentleman was so rude and disrespectful. I came back to see the product a wonderful gentleman had showed me.I was literally asked to stay where I was and not come up. The earlier gentleman didn't acknowledge my existence and i was dealt with in such a rude way,loudly and abruptly using cheap selling tactics. He made me reverse my decisionNot stepping a foot in this store and not buying anything from dreams I don't know if he did this because i wasn't white but this is not ok, very saddened and humiliated
Terrible customer service. Once you get over constant David Brent banter you then have to suffer through a 30 minute wait because only one person is sufficiently capable to help sell a pillow! The anticipation of more Brent is soul destroying...
Excellent service! Attentive to all and recognising customer needs. We were helped by Carlos who was very polite, informative and efficient, he even offered us a hot drink while we wait! Thank-you for your help today :)
