Dropped in for a workout whilst on holiday. The box is wonderful and supportive with great instruction and members. I would absolutely stop in again the next time I'm in London.
Are you looking for that next challenge....look no further......When I first joined this box I was quite nervous about group training and the expectations of my follow crossfit peers. I found the atmosphere not only welcoming, the instructors have all come from a variety of background and the best thing is I've made some great friends in the process. The programs designed are well thought out and I'm currently achieving the goals I have set out. Give it a go you will not be disappointed...
Been working out within the CrossFit SE11 community for over a year now and I heavily recommend it. You cannot lose at this facility that offers very organized, safe and extremely thoughtful programming. The gym yields real results that I have witnessed my friends achieve, as well as myself. Instructed by a world class staff of coaches who are both incredible athletes and great people. It is a dynamic place brimming with lots of positive, well-rounded people.Top-notch programming for all levels-Excellent hands on coaching with no attitude-Nice facilities without being fancy - feels like a box should- Fun, competitive, supportive vibe This place is the real deal. CrossFit at it's finest.
After trying Crossfit in a few other boxes I was looking for a box where I could regularly work out that was close to work and where the vie was right. I have not looked back since joining SE11.Awesome coaches, friendly people and a brilliant, supportive yet competitive atmosphere. Since joining SE11 I've pretty much stopped doing anything else since it's so much fun here!
