I brought two loads of laundry here and got them back full of oil spots. Every single piece. The clothing is now ruined. DO NOT GO THERE!

I asked if I could use a credit card for my 12.50 purchase. They said yes, but the next day when I came to pick up my laundry they said that credit cards require a 20 minimum.
They destroyed my Hugo Boss suit (visible marks on the front as if there was a stone in the machine) and refused to own up to it. I sent a letter (Royal Mail website confirmed they signed for the letter) kindly asking for their reply and never got an answer. It's a shame companies like this get away with this kind of thing.Also, any email I sent went unanswered (the address is the one on their business card).Beware with trusting them with your expensive clothes.
