Disgustingly expensive 3.60 per hour considering waiting times in the hospital etc, the ticket machine is always broken so you have to go from the lower ground floor back inside the building and pay at the reception desk in cash. Just accompanying someone for a simple doctor appointment could cost you 15 in parking. The parking at Waterloo Station or Britannia is cheaper both short time and 432% cheaper if you have to stay 24 hours! Also very small parking bays and I was blocked by some cars parked without considerations for others, plus be aware of massive potholes and drivers under a lot of pressure
