It wasn't John, but James Reid who came punctually, shortly after 9.00am and efficiently installed our new shower pump. He was pleasant and polite and we were delighted that he installed the pump in just under one hour. Very satisfied with the work and we would not hesitate to use him again.
I was delighted by the service I received from Pimlico Plumbers yesterday. I had my kitchen rearranged so that I could fit in a dishwasher. The dishwasher was then purchased, collected and installed all on the same day. Huge thanks to Steven Howard, who arrived bright and early, and was here for over 10 hours. I also needed the services of an electrician, Roy Abbott, and plumber, Stephen Bradley. Both arrived promptly after Steven called them. All of these guys carried out their work with such a cheerful and positive attitude, which is so refreshing, and such a change from companies I have used in the past. My original plan had to be rethought, as the dishwasher couldnt be installed where I had intended, but they quickly came up with another plan, which actually turned out to be much better than my original idea. They cleaned up after the work and left the kitchen looking immaculate. And they took away all the waste. I had heard of Pimlico Plumbers, but had not realised that they do much more than just plumbing. I will definitely be using their services again in future. Rob from Pimlico Plumbers was fantastic in fixing my boiler right before Christmas on the afternoon of 21st December. He arrived within 3 hours. It needed a new pressure seal which he didnt have but straight away went to pick up locally. He was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job. The call centre staff were also very helpful in dealing with the managing agents as its a rental property. Very very pleased. Highly recommend.
