I was charged 4 for a mailing bag. Was not informed of the price until I'd written on it (to be fair, I didn't ask, but wait). Asked for a receipt, and hey! The item had been charged as postage stamp. I don't think a mailing bag is a postage stamp, I think this set up is a scam! It gets better. When confronted, the cashier told me "everyone does it this way", so I guess we'll find out soon enough!
The staff are very helpful
I exchanged US Dollars for Pounds and paid a rate of $1.46 on a day when the going rate was $1.29. I was told this was the best place to exchange my dollars but I'm not too sure.
I was surprised to read the reviews. The staff are polite and friendly enough referring to customers as 'Sir' or 'Madam'. The offer all the necessary services. As with all Post Offices there is sometimes a queue but this is the same up and down the country.I am about to go now as a matter of fact
Staff 7/10 tops. They dont have the machines so you would have to interact with them, location is okay but definitely needs improvement. I knew what I was doing and then thats why my experience was not as bad.
