Genuine and affordable charges.Staff was very helpful.

Mandara Spa is comfortable place for any Spa treatment.Friendly staff but price was expensive.

Went for my wife's birthday to get her a massage and and spa access. Did the Groupon price was very reasonable. Spa was underground, nice facility w pool sauna and steam room. Massage was excellent and they offer some snacks while you wait. It would be a 5 star however there were about 8 kids in the pool when we arrived with 3 parents. Rules say 2 kids per adult buy that isn't followed. Kids were extremely loud and disturbed the entire spa experience. They also didn't offer my wife and I massages at the same time so we had to spend an hour at the spa alone while the other was being treated. I tried to book weeks in advance but for 3 weeks they did not have availability for 2 massage at the same time?? Would recommend if you don't mind obnoxious kids in an enclosed area where their screams echo around the facility. If you are Only going for the massage it's quite nice.

Had a lovely girlie day with my work colleagues to celebrate our redundancy and also my birthday.Stunning spa with good facilities and fabulous body scrub, massage and facial.Staff were professional and went that extra mile for all of us. Can not recommend this place enough!!!

If I could give this Spa less than one star I would. ABSOLUTELY DON'T GO. As well as needing a good clean, the staff don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge you when you arrive or leave. I booked a night at the hotel as a special treat for my mum particularly for a Spa experience - what a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I agree with all the negative reviews here. The Spa (I use the term loosely) is more like a small public swimming pool with token plants added. There are not enough loungers (5 I think) so we had to wait for people to leave to get one to sit on. Clear the old towels yourself as none of the staff put in an appearance when we were there to check standards. If you fancy an expensive day out, with days reminiscent of the swimming lessons of your youth at the public baths this is the place for you. Complaining is futile as apparently the highest level that you can take your complaint is Guest Services, who are not for budging and apparently are more interested in pushing what they want you to have than listening to their guests. I was initially offered a 15% discount on a service and then a complimentary treatment. Despite explaining that I don't live n London and am not prepared to waste yet more money on a further night's accommodation at the hotel, just to benefit from their offer, they're not for listening. Poor poor service. Don't waste your money,
