What a marvel of engineering and organisation. More than a quarter of a million people use it everyday and despite some of the rail networks messing up it delivers most days most of the time. Marvellous.

Massive shout out to Kieron, Customer Service Assistant (Special Requirements Team) at London Waterloo tube station for amazing customer service. I left my commuter scooter on the Bakerloo southbound train when I got off at Embankment station on Friday morning. I went to Waterloo and asked Kieron if he would help me track it down. 10 mins and several phone calls later and he had tracked it down to Elephant and Castle where I collected it later that day. Kieron was very helpful and patient with me especially in Friday morning rush hour. One very happy customer.
Great, but very busy underground network lines to make connections all around London for commuting, family days out as well as getting to other railways stations to get to other train links to your final destination.
