I was visiting friends in the area and had to take my dog in for an emergency consultation. They where extremely helpful, especially the reception staff who calmed us down and was very reassuring. Definetly recommend using them again.
I take my dog to Brockwell Vets and have always been confident with the treatment and advice given. The prices seem reasonable for the level of care received, and i have always had a follow up phone call within a few days to check that my dog is on the mend.

My cat went in for a simple spaying procedure, she suffered greatly for 2 weeks. She wasn't given any pain meds, nor antibiotics (despite swelling of the area) Also the incision was large, and it was done through her abdomen. Staff are friendly, and kept asking me to come back with my cat, but I'm afraid the vet wasn't as cautious as I would have liked her to be. I've done another spay else where, I paid much less, I went home with pain meds just incase the cat needed it, and the incisions were tiny, and weren't done through the abdomen. I'm never going back to that place again. :(
Ive always had such wonderful experiences here with my dog, and was able to be seen for an emergency appointment on Sunday at a reasonable cost. The staff are all very friendly, and in the past when I wanted a specific type of lead it was ordered in for me the next day. Excellent service here
