absolutely delighted bu the service in this restaurant by the thames. How professional they were all: smiley, attentive, friendly, helpful... and it wasn't even quiet, the place was swamp with people coming from the winter race in London. The food was also delicious and served quickly. I am not a strong believer of big chains, but I must say that if all the other all bar ones are like this one, I might start visiting them more often...
We were gonna go somewhere else nearby, but last minute decided to go here instead. Really glad we did. The vibe was great. The service was attentive and friendly. And the food was amazing. For dessert, I got the best sorbet I've ever had. Wish we lived in London so we could come back sooner and try other meals. Highly recommend.
Spend th best NYE there. Great buzz, excellent view. The staff was super friendly, they were enjoying their party too. We got asked to leave the premises at midnight so everyone could enjoy the fireworks, but shortly after they ended we got back and they continue with the party. An absolute blast.I know where I am gonna celebrate NYE again next year!!
Live local, this pub became really busy over the last few months, met the new management team. Dani and Lily are very nice, always helpful and attentive, very professional. The place looks brighter, a bit more premium, more upper-class... Definitely worth spend your time here, surrounded with a fantastic team, always smiley and helpful, and delicious food and drinks
Excellent atmosphere to gather around with fellow friends after work. Waiting time to be served was about average. Manager made us feel welcome. Table service was friendly and courteous. Food was fresh and delicious as expected. 5 star experience, will definitely come back.
