Very good experience here. Staff very positively helpful and knowledgeable.Transport boffins paradise and model railway shop with oo and Hornby gauge. They have two shops, one by Waterloo Railway Station in London and the other by Birmingham New Street Station in the Midlands.Then there is the website and contact details there of course.Many books of yesteryear great for historians reprinted and other great books e.g. steam scrappage for example still for sale and in print. Was enthralled by those me!Several companies now do rolling stock books by different classifications and location of trains around the UK both 1) as private e.g. museums and railway preservation groups and also 2) the UK railway networks Loco and MU stocks.Many other books too, best way is take a look see yourselves. If you're into railways, trains and model planes and military road vehicles and military aircraft, this is definitely the place for you. I love going there to research and look at some very interesting books such as railway maps and recognition books that really keep me satisfied. Very nice staff and a very nice shop indeed.
Lovely shop if you are interested in transportation. A quick walk from Waterloo and you're in transport and history heaven.
Excellent bookshop with an excellent range of books covering all subjects within the transport spectrum plus a few bits and pieces for the model railway enthusiasts! Helpful staff and a well laid out shop!
