Posted a parcel on Tuesday in London, delivered by Friday in Bogot. If customers didnt have to buy the insurance, which should be part of the cost, and not an extra that you aren't told until when you are posting it, and have not choice but to get it, it would get 5 stars. BEWARE OF THE INSURANCE EXTRA COST ON TOP THE POSTING FEE! Minimum 5, to be covered for 50.
