Fabian & Anne are excellent. Top holiday and they were super helpful, holiday was cheaper than other providers like Virgin and a much more personal experience with classic cars and amazing accomodation choices. We found Travel Fab on the internet while researching our trip to Cuba in June 2015 and asked for their assistance with Visas and hotel bookings. As our request was made at very short notice we were really impressed with the service and advice provided by Fabian, the efficiency and all arrangements made for us which were faultless. Our hotels were excellent, visas were delivered on time and our request for a change to our airport pickup was organised promptly. Thanks to TravelFab we had a great short stay in Havana.
I cannot speak too highly of the TravelFab company who gave me and my friend personal bespoke service and advice on my recent self-planned visit to Cuba, Costa Rica and Panama. Unlike some of the glossy brochures put out by other travel agencies I was not treated as one of the crowd by having to book through their fixed itineraries, The big advantage is that they are administered by a Cuban national whose premises are in the U.K. and who by definition know all the hints and wrinkles that are necessary to be in touch with when travelling to Cuba or indeed anywhere in Central America or the Caribbean. Travelling on their excellent advice on suggested boutique hotels as well as flights, visas and transfers resulted in everything going like clockwork. Together with my friend we decided to holiday in Cuba, Panama City and Costa Rica and we entrusted Travel Fab with the intricate and complex arrangements. To understand these I will describe what was involved. Flight from UK to Havana in Cuba and hotel, then flight to Panama City and hotel followed by flight from there to Costa Rica and hotel. Returning from Costa Rica a flight to Panama City and change of plane to one for Havana. Then an overnight stay at a hotel in Havana and next day travel by coach to Trinidad (in Cuba) and hotel there. Finally, the return home involving coach travel back to Havana for an overnight stay and then next day to the airport and flight back to the UK. All transits between airports and hotels were arranged by Travel Fab and in Cuba there was the thrill of travelling in old American taxi cars which are a characteristic of Cuba. I cannot speak highly enough of all the care and consideration which went into the planning of our journeys and hotels. Everything went to plan which contributed to the pleasure and enjoyment of the holiday. It transpired that we had a problem regarding a hotel prepayment in Costa Rica but this was resolved by Travel Fab within 24 hours following an e-mail to them and they are to be complimented for their prompt action and attention.
