Well presented reception area. Room was clean. Breakfast was lovely and the range of food I would expect. Staff were friendly. Would stay there next time I have a trip to London.
Nice staff, clean & tidy rooms. A nice sir just helped me changed a room in midnight because of air condition issue. The room in fourth floor is newer and larger, has better facilities, but the window is blur and can not open. If you want a window able to open, ask them for lower floor room.
Just used the parking but the receptionist was friendly, helpful and the reception area and toilets were immaculate. Definitely going to book and stay here. Located in quieter area. Some nice local restaurants short walk away heading towards Vauxhall
Great experience at the reception. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Price is reasonable for room condition and great location. Close to the embassy and underground/overground stations. Breakfast is included for standard price and great tasty breakfast with a lot on menu. Had to pay 22 for car park but I am still grateful cuz it's terrible to find car parking in central. Offers interesting loyalty program with superb benefits. Overall experience was excellent.
Clean, modern room with a good sized shower room. Nice breakfast with quite a choice. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is about 8 minutes walk to Vauxhall Station and is situated a little distance from the hustle and bustle of the main hub. My room overlooked the main road but as I was on the third floor the traffic noise was not noticeable. However, for those guests who are noise sensitive, a pub facing the hotel played loud music until late. So they would probably find it difficult to sleep, but as I can sleep through an earthquake, it wasn't a problem.
