Hotel with the best views in London, its a absolute treat to stay here in London. Historic building with nice modern British furniture. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming. Rooms are great with modern furniture, service is good and the view to die for!

Amazing hotel. Fabulous decor in the room; the wallpaper is one massive map of London. Clean and modern with a lovely pool. Also, we had an amazing view from the room, felt like we were in touching distance of the London Eye. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
This is a fantastic hotel that is historical with a modern theme. I have, over the years, stayed here several times and been very pleased with location and the facilities however, the current service I received was to a very high standard outstripping all before. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and polite and I received a first class service in every way. The in-room dining was a treat, as was the views across the Thames and I strongly recommend all that it provides.
Wonderful central location near Big Ben, and other visitor attractions. Highly recommend for a first time visit as its walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Theatre District, Piccadilly Square, Trafalgar Square, Churchill War Room, etc. staff is professional and helpful. Giant hotel with comfy beds. Would stay again with friends but typically enjoy a smaller more intimate setting. That doesnt detract from these accommodations though as we had a lovely stay.
