Brilliant location for sightseeing in London. Beautiful views from the room too. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and we were surprised with the facilities in the room from the kitchen to the bathroom - All excellent. The staff upgraded our room for free for a birthday and also left us some treats in the room. The standard of breakfast was excellent and sorted us out for a morning on the move. Highly recommended.
The best hotel I've ever stayed. Very clean and the stuff was friendly and kind. Also, the hotel was very close to the most important sightseeing! Nice breakfast and very cosy and big rooms! This hotel has also a very nice designing and the rooms have a very great view of Tamesis river. We will come back soon!!!
Great hotel, great location, great service. One tip is to pay the extra 9 for the breakfast and take is in the executive lodge in the 12th floor where the view is amazing. Also, great blueberry muffins!
Absolutely awesome reception staff let down by restaurant and bar team. At lunch our food arrived minus cutlery. In the end I had to wander into the kitchen where the team were congregated. Cutlery finally arrived but then I had to ask for napkins! In the evening at the bar we joined friends and sat there for 10 minutes before I eventually asked if I could order a drink. We nearly got served but the barman decided to do something else. A few minutes of further waiting and I had to ask again. No, the drinks were not free that night. Still 12 per cocktail. 1st December.
Ok. Love this hotel. Love the location. Love the staff. Why just 4 stars then? The beds were designed in the bowels of hell and were perhaps used as torture devices before they installed them. Most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in. My back still hurts.
