Fantastic hotel with amazing service. Great views over London. Couldn't have been looked after any better. Rooms have everything you need - even a birthday cake waiting for my daughter when we arrived. Service is impeccable. Perfectly situated in the centre of London easy access to tube station but within walking distance of many attractions. Will definitely book in again on our next trip.
Have been coming to London for work monthly and this is my hotel of choice. Not only is the location perfect for where I need to be, but the hotel itself has a great atmosphere. I am always greeted with a smile. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Food is meh, but I find that to be true of all London hotels I have stayed in (plenty of better options in the city). Overall recommend this place.
One of our favourite hotels for a weekend in London. Have stayed here 4 times and have never been disappointed. The studio rooms are perfect for a family with two separate areas. Nice comfy beds and superb amenities. Lots of restaurant and bar options, pool and gym. The location is very convenient with views over Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
No major issues with the hotel. Good spa facilities and good rooms. Clean and spacious. Great location too.Did have some trainees on the check in desk who got confused and asked us for our passports to check in... We were staying for a weekend from Southampton and we're UK residents so this was a weird question to ask as we obviously (like most of the population) dont carry our passports on local trips.
It's hard to find a hotel with a king size bed, well this one has them. Gym is perfect with a large pool, steam room and sauna. Room service is 24/7 and the lobby bar is also 24/7. I was a comfortable stay. Oh walking distance to the Abby, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and more.
