Good location close to Parliament and multiple public transport options on south bank of the river. Nicely appointed rooms and good service. Good restaurant available or plenty of eating options in London.
One can not commend our stay at Plaza On The River enough. Never has a hotel lived up to so many expectations. Right from the beginning the greeting and assistance received by staff such as Romero makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Romero was helpful, respectful, curtiouse and professional. Check in was a breeze. The one bedroom suite with river views was spacious, clean with amazing views. The bed and sofa bed we especially comfortable. The location of the hotel itself was spectacular. This is my second stay in the hotel within three years and everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any purpose, business, leisure and family loved everything.
Nice hotel with welcoming customer service staff and comfortable rooms. A lot of great use of technology around from opening the curtains with pressing a key to many styles of light in the room. The food is not that yummy. No fresh juice and little fresh fruit. The GYM is too small but can do.
Great location. Rooms very spacious and well fitted out. Gym rather small but hey at least it had one. Breakfast fast, efficient and tasty. Bar pricey but itis London. Staff attentive and helpful.
A very nice place to stay. Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds and very quiet, no sound heard at all, even when there were xmas parties on. The room had a few places where it wasn't cleaned properly but nothing major. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at. They have lovely friendly staff.
